I had a Graduate Proposal in December,2010. I had prepared it for five months and i spent a lot of time on it. Let me tell everyone how did i prepare my proposal and what rule you have to understand.
At first, you have to think the theme or issue which is you want to study and research.At that time, you also have the meetings with your professor unceasingly until you have the target apparently. The theme which is you choose is very significantly. Because you have to convince all people and let people know your theme is valuable.
Second, you have to search a lot of paper and reference for your literature discussion (some people call chapter 2). To understand how reference did you want and what main study is your critical discussion. You could consult others paper which are also the same field. Watch out, don't copy others papers on your paper. You must study and order it before write your literature discussion.
After you finished Chapter 2, you have to talk about how did you study and how will you do in Chapter 3. It is the core in the paper. For instance, I will reform the website which had earned the award before and the new website will be used by 100 people. In this process, it is experimentation.
Finally, when you finish your chapter1, 2 and 3, you should check your paper again and again. finding your mistake in it and correct your mistake until there is no wrong in your paper. If you already check it down and the professor also agree you can export it. Congratulation, you have finished your proposal paper and you will rehearse your oral proposal for committees.

We have not seen the animation film for many ages. Today, I woul like to recommend a film that mad by Taiwaness. The film is talk about Taiwan traduational life and Taiwan envernmont.
The film's background is in Tainan because there is a traduational place and symbolize of taiwan field. Maybe you should go there and enjoy the nature life. Unfortunlty, more and more field and nature attraction are being destoried. Many peole, like the boy in this film very worry about those destruction. The factories and industries occupied those beautiful view and field. Many young children had no idea and even had no power to against them.
Beside the story and background. In my opinion, the animation's type are attractable. The diector used the similar 2d type and doesnt not lose the 3d animatino's vivid and amusing. The layout and comera are too perspicuous to difficult. It is pretty good for many people if they like animation film.
Finally, if your very like or want to understand the taiwan. Yuo must watch this film and even search about the director who made this film. It is different with wasten films because it talk about taiwan industry's impact film.

Taiwan Life
If you have a travel in Taiwan, I can talk about many interesting things in Taiwan. Taiwan is well know for Taiwan snack. But watch out on the road, the traffic in Taiwan also a specular situtation you also have't seen before.
Taiwan food is very popular in many country. You can find many night markets on the corner and see specular food that you have not eaten them before. For instance, stinky dofu is very popular food in Taiwan. Maybe you can't stand the aura. But you should try it the diferent food and it not very awful after you eat. Taiwan drink is famous for the pearl milk tea. You must drink it because you can not find it any area except Taiwan. You will like it!
After the night market, you might be surprised the traffic jam and many many scooter on the road. These scooter jusk like the wild horses and they presper running very crazy. Don't worry that, the traffic is a common situation in Taiwan.
You could clam down your mind and view the Taiwan's sky and crowd when you have the heavy traffic.
Finally, if you are interested in Taiwan food and want to jouning it. Why do yo plant your travel now and you experience it by yourself. It will be better than you have not come before.

workshop from 28 June to 9 July
In 28 June, I very luck because I participated a workshop in National Yunlin University of Science a& Technology. My four friends with me taked the train for taipei to younlin. We enrolled my data and take our baggage to dormitory. There were thirty students participated this workshop and they came from different universities.
what did we do in this workshop? In fact, it was about animation workshop. the sponsor invited four animators who came from Pixer, Disney or blue sky. Some students went to foreign universities by this workshop evey year. The thirty students had to compete each other period from 28 June to 9 July. The four foreign animators can teached me some of skill and we had assignments in this time.
Beside this workshop score, English score also very important. If students did not have a good score. they did not enroll foreign universities successfully and it only seven person were allowed in every year. In fact, It is exchange students, not any diploma. But if you were selected by many competition. You can enrolled foreign university and it is free because it is pay by government.
To sum up, many students wanted to join it because they wanted to study to foreign university one year. The workshop score, English score and works were equal importance.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup
The FIFA World Cup, soccer is a popular sport and it take many people joyfulness and entertainmen.I not only talk about the FIFA contest, but also introduce the mascot that is the symblism of the FIFA. His name is Zakumi.
The character has a green hair as like the football field. The mascot is a africa leopard, he can run very fast jusk like the soccer players run in the football field. His name is "Zakumi." The "ZA" is mean south africa or we can say it is abbreviation. The "kumi," the word for "ten" in servral African languages and this year also is 2010. So his name is appropriate for both the location and the year. And a important thing for this mascot, Zakumi was born in 1994. The apartheid was ended the same year. It is very important and symblic for South Africa people.
The mascot can take many funny and the world cup also take many expection in the world. In fact, Chile, the county in South American, there was a huge earthquake in Chile in 2010. The earthquake killed five hunderd people. The residents in Chile want to their soccer term win every contest. Because the soccer can take many joyfulness and entertainmen.
The mascot or the soccer, there are also have many nations and coutures in FIFA. Zakumi's story or soccer's signification for countries. but we konwn the soccer is common entertainmen for every one.

Today, I introduce a funny short film. The film was maked by my friend and it is her graduate work in the summar, in 2009. It is a good short film and the story is very good. As title, "HEEHA," the word is a sound and cowboy is symblio of sound. Cowboy, bar and western town usually come to mind when we hear "HEEHA."
At first, the film's story is talking about a cowbay walk in a bar. And there is a tense situation in the bar. every person want to fire and all persons are very nervous. however, many huge knife attack the cowboy from the sky. The cowboy do not konw why many hug knife attack him. The scene change suddenly and a girl is playing her toy. Finally, the toy who is the cowboy and the cowboy putted out his hair by the girl.
The layouts and characters are very good in this film. Let audiences guess the end of the story and the cowboy is a toy. The characters' design also exquisit.
